Our Competitive Advantage: Crystal Lake Automotive, Inc. (CLA) is an organization that is balanced in the age, experience and diversity of our staff. Our most important assets are the skill and training of our employees.
Management: We are a locally-owned, family business, involved in the communities we serve. Because our service managers are responsible for customer satisfaction, they also have the necessary authority and knowledge to make all customer-related decisions.
CLA was established in 1986. In the 1990s, the company experienced several years of growth and expanded automotive service capabilities. In 2000, CLA consolidated multiple locations into a single facility in Lakeville, designed to create a pleasant environment for customers, with amentities such as wifi, comfortable seating, and refreshments.
All our technicians are trade school graduates who receive continuing education and ASE testing and certification in their specialty areas. Our staff has exceeded the most stringent requirements of the industry to achieve our status as a nationally recognized I-CAR Gold Class collision repair facility and a AAA rated Top Shop.
At Crystal Lake Automotive, we don't have a sales department, we have a service department. Our staff will walk you through all your options and give you the information you need to make decisions about your car.
